Meet us at The Well
We’d like to introduce you to our leadership team. These 7 people invest themselves in the life and times of The Well. Their vision and passion for the Kingdom of God in Southside Chattanooga helps bring focus to who we are and what we’re about.
Mike Fulbright
Mike serves as our pastor. These days, that can include just about anything related to The Well.
The book I recommend: The Grace Awakening by Chuck Swindoll. The one who has most influenced me: Gotta go with Mom. My testimony: Learning to live from the inside out. Favorite restaurant: Tony’s Pasta Shop. Cheese tortellini and chicken with artichoke cream sauce. And tiramisu. Favorite organization: The Chattanooga Lookouts. Nothing like a night at the ballpark.

Lisa Diller
Lisa also brings leadership, vision, and organization to our small group ministry. She is all about connecting with our community and often takes a lead role in moving the church toward being more civic sensitive.
The book I recommend: Right now it is War is a Force that Gives us Meaning. The one who has most influenced me: Absolutely all the people who have influenced me profoundly have lived out-loud and full throttle, daring to risk transparency and pain in order to love and serve others. My testimony: I have been loved and forgiven and need to be part of a community shaped by the same. Favorite restaurant: I adore 212 Market—local produce and meat elegantly served, but fairly inexpensive. Best local activity: I am a huge fan of the Chattanooga market—each Sunday afternoon between noon and 5pm—great music, food, and gifts. Favorite organization: The most important civic resource is the public library—libraries are the last of the public commons and ours is a fantastic source of media, books, Chattanooga and family history, book and film clubs and children's activities—all free. For fun: I plant and weed and harvest and transplant in my "yarden."
Mark Thomas
The one who has most influenced me: My grandma for her consistent care for people, toughness, generous spirit, and hope. Favorite restaurant: Mama's Thai Restaurant. Best local activity: MainX24. For fun: Travel, movies, books...
Dea Lisica
The book I would recommend: Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. Describe your spiritual journey in one sentence: Sometimes fun, sometimes calm, sometimes scary, always evolving. Favorite Chattanooga Restaurant: Sitar, Taco Roc, Rain, Silver Jalapeno... I like food. Person who’s had the most profound influence on you: My husband, his enthusiasm for life and capacity for love amaze me. For Fun I like to: Go to a Broadway, Opera, Ballet or any big production.
Priscilla Jacko
The book I would recommend: So many, but if I have to pick one it would be the Bible, especially the Message paraphrase. Describe your spiritual journey in one sentence: Many ups and downs over the years, but I feel closer to God with each passing day. Favorite Chattanooga Restaurant: Tough one! Top 2 :English Rose Tea Room and Rain Thai. Person who’s had the most profound influence on you: My Dad. For Fun I like to: Read English detective stories, spend time with my grandsons.
